Massage Oils and Techniques

Massage Oils and Basic massage techniques

Massage is a complementary therapy that, when applied with skill, love and care, can evoke many beneficial changes within the body, mind, and spirit of the whole person. Massage is a powerful treatment precisely because it works on both the physical and psychological levels, and because it has the ability to relax and invigorate the person receiving it.
While the techniques and strokes of massage can ease pain or tension from stiff and aching muscles, boost a sluggish circulation, or eliminate toxins, the nurturing touch of the hands on the body soothes away mental stress and restores emotional equilibrium at the same time.
Especially beneficial is a massage with using natural massage oils. The oils contain naturally occurring nutrients such as vitamins D and E, essential fatty acids and trace minerals such as calcium and magnesium, all of which are highly beneficial to the skin whether taken internally or used topically.
Massage products we offer include only natural ingredients (essential and carrier oils). The nurturing touch of a massage is considerably enhanced by the aroma of essential oils.
Massage Oils can be effectively used for relaxation, stiff muscles, for rising the spirits and as an aphrodisiac blends.
